Axoara ("we," "us," "our") builds and manages AI automation systems for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through axoara.com, how we use it, and the rights you have over it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023.
When you submit the discovery-call form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, WhatsApp/phone number, business details, and a description of what you're looking to automate. We only collect what's needed to respond to your enquiry — we don't collect this information passively or from any other source.
If you contact us via email or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for a discovery call, and — if you choose to move forward — to scope and deliver our services to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Form submissions are processed through Google Forms and stored in a Google Sheet within our Google Workspace account. We don't currently use a separate CRM or marketing platform — if that changes, we'll update this policy before it does.
This site relies on a small number of third-party services to function:
Each of these may log standard technical information (like IP address) as part of normal web infrastructure operation, independent of anything we control.
This site does not currently use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy to reflect it.
We keep enquiry information for as long as it's relevant to responding to you or delivering services you've engaged us for. You can request deletion at any time — see "Your Rights" below.
Under India's DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, and request that we delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@axoara.com — we'll respond within a reasonable time.
As Axoara grows and we adopt new tools (for example, a dedicated CRM), this policy will be updated to reflect that. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make changes.
